With Lou and Pete's ceremony being held at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne, we included wattle and olive foliage rather than eucalyptus foliage to give the arrangements the desired grey-green tones (some native Australian varieties are restricted in the gardens) along with lush red and blackberry tones, and golden accents.
Then we wielded giant spiky chestnut branches, enhanced with flowers and foliage similar to the bouquets, through the gardens and attached them to the wooden ceremonial arch (made by Lou's dad!).
We decorated the reception tables with clear glass vessels filled with seasonal and native flowers, such as dahlias, reeds, kangaroo paw, banksia, leucadendron, amaranthus and scabiosa.
"Thank you for your FABULOUS work for our wedding. The flowers were glorious and so many people commented on them. I’m so pleased with the Australian native selection and you exceeded my expectations in the vibrancy and mix.
Thank you again! I will be (and have already) recommending you to anyone who wants flowers from the best."
